Day One of the 28th Convention is finally upon us, and what a start to a great weekend we have in store for you. Your standard fare awaits you before and after the concerts, but at 6:30 tonight, something new to our weekend begins. While you are in the Youth Center this morning, you can go peruse the options over at the Silent Auction. That officially begins at 8:00 a.m. this morning, and will go on until the break on Saturday.

Tonight we welcome two groups to our wonderful weekend for the very first time! Opening the festivities will be Williamson Branch, and following them will be The Whisnants. Ice Cream in the Youth Center will of course follow.

It’s just about time that the Best 4 Days of the Year officially begin. Adjust your plans accordingly if you have to. We will have a spot for you.
